Delete your data

You can delete your BULALAPP account and everything we hold about you at any time. It takes one tap inside the app, and it is permanent.
Delete everything from inside the app
- Sign in at bulalapp.com/app.
- Tap your email at the top right, then Settings.
- Under Delete this account, tap Delete my account, type your email to confirm, then tap Delete everything.
That removes your account and, immediately, everything listed below. There is no waiting period and nothing to email.
What gets deleted

| Videos and images waiting to be posted | Deleted from our storage. |
| Posts already published to a platform | Stay on that platform. Delete them there — we cannot reach into your YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram after the post is out. |
| Server logs | Expire on their own within 90 days. |
Disconnect one platform only
If you only want to remove one connected account, open the app, find it under Your accounts, and tap Disconnect. Its token is deleted right away and BULALAPP can no longer post to it. You can also remove BULALAPP from the platform’s own side: on Facebook and Instagram under Settings › Apps and websites, on YouTube under Google Account › Security › Third-party access, on TikTok under Settings › Security › Apps and services.
Prefer to ask us?
Email support@bulalapp.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. A real person deletes it and confirms by reply within 7 days. If you signed in through Facebook or Instagram and removed BULALAPP from there, we receive Meta’s deletion request and handle it the same way.
